How green energy is the key to our future

Green energy is a term for renewable energy that causes little to no harm to the environment. Green energy includes nuclear, hydro, solar, wind, and geothermal. This is opposed to fossil fuels that are ruining out like coal or oil. Fossil fuels also require destruction of the environment to release its energy contributing to massive amounts of air pollution that plauges our society today.

So why is renewable energy our future? Since renewable energy can be made indefinietly and cannot run out like oil or coal, renewable energy can in the near future be out only way of consuming energy. We can already see this in action with solar panels becoming mainstream in many households with a whopping 3.7 percent of houses in the US having solar in 2020, and thousands wind turbines scattered on hillsides.
